Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Chicago Viking Masters website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Chicago Viking Masters provides Viking appliance repair and maintenance services in the Gold Coast area and downtown Chicago, Illinois. We are an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Viking Range, LLC, Middleby Corporation, or any appliance manufacturer.

Service Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to maintain our same-day service guarantee, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect scheduling. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided after on-site diagnosis and before repair work begins. You will receive a detailed estimate and must approve the work before we proceed. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks.

Warranty

All repairs performed by Chicago Viking Masters are covered by our workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return and repair it at no additional charge. The warranty covers our labor and any parts we installed. It does not cover new, unrelated issues or damage caused by misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Chicago Viking Masters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Access

By scheduling a service appointment, you grant our technicians access to your property and the appliance requiring service. You are responsible for ensuring safe access and clearing the work area. For high-rise buildings, you are responsible for arranging building access and freight elevator availability.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours advance notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Chicago Viking Masters and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Viking and all related brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Changes to Terms
